My experience of dealing with DP Doors was initially good, but when the defects starting coming up in their products, they stopped picking phone calls, stopped responding to service requests. Have been calling them for past 5-6 months, but they just don't pick phones. Have visited them, have got promises that they shall send their team for repairs and removing the defects, but the promise never gets fulfilled.
